What is a Tamarack?

The Golden Tamarack is a stunning deciduous conifer in the Larch family. They are notable for their dramatic colour change from bright green to a magnificent gold before dropping their needles for winter.

Just as the golden tamarack dramatically changes color and appearance through the seasons, Golden Tamarack Wellness focuses on personal transformation and growth. Like the shedding of needles in winter, we can let go of what no longer serves, making room for renewal and change. For us, the golden tamarack tree serves as a powerful symbol for transformation, natural beauty, connection to nature, and a holistic approach to health.
